Jack & I worked together - in different departments, so we didn't know each other existed before I got a different position in the store. We would exchange pleasantries, and I was very impressed with Jack's correct grammatical use of the word "well" (it truly stood out!) and overall manners. I thought our exchanges were memorable enough, but Jack has said they didn't mean that much in the beginning (sad and shocking). Flash forward a bit, Jack asks me to coffee, and I said "as friends?". He said he could always use more friends (spoiler alert: he did not want to be just friends). Our coffee date was so fun, and we got along so well. Now, here we are!
Jack & I went to Great Falls Park shortly after my birthday. I wanted to include this story because we took our engagement photos there (so many highlighted on this website), and it is a special place for us. I knew something special was going to happen when we were there. We sat on a beach looking out at the scenery, and I was staying very still looking ahead because I knew if I looked at him, we'd kiss! I was nervous, prepared to stay staring ahead, but Jack turned my face to look at him. Glad he was willing to take that big step, otherwise who knows! Kidding :)
