What is the Schedule for Friday?

Friday 1pm - Door Open to Check-In to the lovely Twin Lake Village Friday 1p-6p - Relax, get setup, maybe even play nine holes! Friday 6p-8p - Welcome BBQ! Food, drinks, hooray! - Dress Code: Casual (Jeans, shorts, tees, sundresses, polos) Friday 8p-10p - Bonfire on the beach! (Bring a sweatshirt)

What is the Schedule for Saturday?

Saturday 9am-10am - Breakfast at the Main Hotel Building Saturday 11:30am -2:30p - Activities Time! - We will have several activities running through the middle of the day. A 9 hole scramble golf tournament, lake activities, tennis and more! Google Form to follow will help get you signed up. Saturday 5:30p-8pm - Team Dinner! - One big casual family event in the tent! Join us for food, drinks, casual dancing, maybe even some speeches! - Dress Code: Causal. Imagine like you were going to an outdoor dinner and bar in New England Saturday 8p-10:30p: TLV Porch Fest! Several of our TLV cottages will be hosting events each with their own music genre, games, and special drink! Hop around from house to house to try it all or hunker down at your favorite. Maps will be provided.

Sunday 8am-9am - Yoga on the Dock! Sunday 9am-10am - Breakfast at the Main Inn Building Sunday 11a-1p - A morning to reset, enjoy activities such as golf, yoga, kayaking, hiking and more. Find pre-prepared lunches available outside one of the cabins as you take this day at your leisure Sunday 5:30p - Ceremony on the 1st Tee - Dress Code: Semi Formal -> Suit or sport coat, no tie required, dresses, skirts, jumpsuits Sunday 6p-7p - Cocktail Hour Sunday 7p-10:30p - Reception Sunday 10:30p - After Party @ Lakeside Cottage

What is the Schedule for Monday?

Monday 9am-10am - Breakfast at the Main Inn Building - Recap the night before everyone heads their own way home! Monday 10:30am - Checkout Time

What am I getting myself into?

Answer

You are getting yourself into adult summer camp for as many days as you would like to join us! In planning this wedding week we realized all ideas came back to the central points of (1) be outside as much as possible & (2) have everyone stay together for the duration. Combine these two and you end up with Adult Summer Camp. We say 'adult' because we are well aware this group doesn't want to sleep in bunk beds and eat mess hall food on their hard earned long weekend. The beauty of Twin Lake Village is that we can meet all these desires! They have eighteen cabins onsite in addition to the main hotel building giving plenty of space for all guests as well as a full kitchen and staff serving the meals of the event (more on that later).

Where will I sleep?

Answer

All sleeping accommodations are onsite and vary from single rooms to cabins with up to ten rooms. As official Camp Counselors of the weekend, Jack & Danielle will build the cabin rosters around groups that know each other well. On the RSVP there will be an opportunity to let us know of anything you would like us to consider in this process. How & what do I pay for my room?

Answer

The lodging cost is $120 per person per night (more on what that includes later). An example is: A couple stays for 3 nights = 2 people x 3 nights x $120 = $720. TLV accepts check via mail. See the Lodging Tab for How to Pay

What do I pack?

Answer

Labor Day in New Hampshire can be many things. We will send emails the week of discussing the forecast and helping you pick the right clothes. However, here are some early thoughts for what to pack * Athleisure and sneaks for activities and milling about the property * Golf attire, shoes, gear if you choose to partake (clubs also available on site) * Tennis attire if you choose to partake (racket also available on site) * Bathing costumes and cover up (paddle boards, kayaks, etc. available on site) * Reusable water bottle * Sweats and hoodies for chilly evenings * Sandals, slides, flipflops * Attire for Sat & Sun evening events

Do I have to come Friday to Monday?

Answer

No! Our whole goal in selecting Labor Day Weekend is to not make anyone miss time at work. You may love us but not 'take a vacation day' love us and I get that! So if you want to get up there as soon as possible, we'll see ya Friday. If you want to relaxedly cruise in Saturday afternoon, we love that too!

What is included in my room payment?

Answer

Big question here. The $120 per person per night gets you the following: - Massive Breakfast Buffet in the Main Inn Building 9a-10a - Use of the Water Activities (kayaks, canoes, paddleboards, rowboats, sailboats) - Unlimited Rounds of Golf on the Par 3 Course (just check in with the starter!) - Unlimited Tennis & Shuffleboard Time - Dinners & Lunches are provided as part of the wedding weekend!

How's the Wi-Fi?

Answer

For the sake of expectations, let's say that Wi-Fi is nonexistent in a remote work capacity at TLV. You will have cell service but please please do not count on doing any Wi-Fi dependent activity.
