On Friday night buses WILL be provided. Wedding rehearsal attendants and dates will be picked up by a bus at Christ Church at 4:45pm to head to the Terrace at Cedar Hill. All other guests will depart from the AC hotel. There will be one bus departing the AC Hotel for the Terrace at Cedar Hill at 7:15pm and another departing the AC Hotel at 7:30pm. Both buses will depart from the Terrace at Cedar Hill to take guests back to the AC Hotel at 10pm. Please note parking is VERY limited at the friday night venue so please plan to take the buses or utilize UBER/Lyft. Additionally, there is a concert in downtown Charlotte Friday night so please plan to leave a little extra time to get from the hotels to downtown where the Terrace at Cedar Hill is located. Shuttle services WILL NOT be provided Saturday. The venues are a short 5min drive apart and parking will be available at the church and the reception, should you choose to drive. Additionally, Uber and Lyft are great options.
Although we love your children dearly, we regretfully cannot accommodate them at the wedding venues. We hope you understand and enjoy your night off at our wedding!
