Shuttle

A shuttle will transport guests from the DoubleTree Hotel to the Mansion at 5:15 PM. At the end of the evening, a shuttle will be available to return guests from the Mansion back to the DoubleTree Hotel.

We’ve reserved a courtesy block of rooms for the night of the wedding to make your stay as easy and comfortable as possible. If you'd like to book a room, please do so by June 30th, 2026, as any unbooked rooms will be released after that date. If the block fills up before the cutoff, we’ll do our best to add more rooms in groups of five, depending on availability.
