Things To Do

Busch Gardens Williamsburg

1 Busch Gardens Boulevard, Williamsburg, VA 23185

A great amusement park with fun rollercoasters, shows, and games! October is also the season for our favorite event at Busch Gardens- Howl-O-Scream! After dark the park turns spooky and has several haunted houses, super fun.

William & Mary

200 Stadium Drive, Williamsburg, VA 23185

Explore the most beautiful college campus (definitely not biased)! ⭐ Claire's favorite spot: Sunken Gardens ⭐ Jack's favorite spot: Lake Matoaka woods - Honorable mentions: Chancellors Hall (economics major building), Crim Dell, and Sorority Court

Colonial Williamsburg

101 Visitor Center Drive, Williamsburg, VA 23185

Walk around and explore downtown Colonial Williamsburg! We loved going on walks and runs here, hanging out with the horses and sheep, and taking Frosty to play catch on the Governor's Palace Green. Ghost tour guides claim you can still see Jack face planting on a run at 1 in the morning if you search hard enough.

Williamsburg Winery

5800 Wessex Hundred, Williamsburg, VA 23185

Beautiful winery that offers tastings, wine by the glass/bottle, and dining at the Gabriel Arch Tavern. We have enjoyed many glasses (or bottles) here on dates and with friends, its a great spot to hang out.

The Cheese Shop

410 West Duke of Gloucester Street, Williamsburg, VA 23185

Where we went on our first date and a beloved Williamsburg institution! ⭐ Claire's order: Virginia ham on french bread with mesclun greens and extra house dressing ⭐ Jack's order: Turkey on french bread with cheddar cheese

Precarious Beer Hall

110 South Henry Street, Williamsburg, VA 23185

Casual beer hall with tacos, burgers, and arcade games! We were avid attendees of the Thursday night trivia and Jack's favorite unlikely "study" spot. ⭐ Jack & Claire's favorite: Kung Fu Kitten

Billsburg Brewery

2054 Jamestown Road, Williamsburg, VA 23185

Outdoor brewery on the marina. We enjoyed many crisp fall afternoons here.

Breakfast Diners

Williamsburg has endless incredible breakfast spot, the unofficial pancake capital of the world! ⭐ Jack's Favorite: Bake Shop ⭐ Claire's Favorite: Honey Butter's Kitchen - Honorable Mentions: Aromas, Shorty's Diner, Smokey Griddle Pancake House, Chickahominy House, Blue Talon Bistro
