We love your little ones, we really do! However, we respectfully request no little ones on this night, besides the children in our wedding party. We encourage you to use this evening as a "night out" for yourself!
Wedding Ceremony & Reception: Our wedding attire is semi-formal / cocktail attire. Gentlemen are encouraged to wear suits or sport coats, with ties left to personal preference. Ladies are welcome to wear cocktail dresses, elevated sundresses, or summer evening attire. Please no denim for the wedding celebration. Western Welcome Gathering: Western casual attire is highly encouraged. Cowboy boots, denim, western shirts, hats, sundresses, and Colorado-inspired attire are all welcome. Come comfortable and ready for a relaxed evening with drinks, German bites, and good company.
We did not block out rooms since there are many hotels within a 10-20 min radius of the venue. Please feel free to book where you prefer. Recommendations are on the travel page.
Yes! We will have two 15-passenger shuttle vans running transportation to and from the ceremony and reception from two central Boulder pickup locations: the Hotel Boulderado and the Boulder Marriott. We selected these locations because many nearby hotels are within easy walking distance. Final shuttle timing and pickup details will be posted closer to the wedding weekend. Guests are also welcome to Uber or rideshare to the venue if preferred.
There is a parking lot available at the venue. For our friends and family who are not as familiar with this area we highly recommend using uber and lyft to and from the venue. The venue is located on a mountain side on a windy road which may be difficult to drive at night. Boulder is a popular area and will have plenty of ride shares available.
Yes, we are happy to accommodate most food allergies and dietary restrictions! Our venue will take all food orders at the venue!
