If you want to stay at a different hotel or an AirBnB, please be aware that we will not be able to provide you with transportation to or from the venue. You must take an Uber or a taxi to either the hotels with the room block to take the provided shuttle, or take an Uber or taxi to and from the venue. You will not be able to drive yourself and park onsite the day of the wedding. Please also be aware Ubers and taxis may not be readily available late at night in Marlboro, NY. We strongly recommend staying at the hotels with the room blocks to ensure you have an easy, stress-free transportation experience.
As much as Jack loves kids and is a big kid himself, we would like to keep this an adults-only event.
As much as we love furry friends, the hotels do not allow pets and the venue has horses/goats/llamas, etc, and additional furry friends would be chaotic. Please keep the pets at home.

Summer semi-formal Please be aware this wedding will be outside in mid-August near sunset. It might be very hot! Please wear what you will be most comfortable in. Additionally, we recommend bringing sunglasses for the ceremony since you will be facing west. Ladies, we will be on grass and we recommend avoiding stilettos and ultra-high heels
If you have food or environmental allergies, please send Cassidy a message at 908-625-3732 and we will do our best to accommodate. Please note that our wedding will be nut-free, but there are horses on the property and the reception will take place in a working barn that horses have been in.
The Holiday Inn check-in time is 3pm. The Marriott check-in time is officially 4pm. We have asked the hotel to prioritize getting our guests into their rooms before 4pm to ensure you have enough time to change and get ready before the shuttle to the venue leaves the hotel at 4:15. Please be aware that there may be a short turn-around time for getting checked in before the shuttle to the venue leaves if you are planning on arriving on Saturday.
