The dress code is formal, so we ask that men wear a suit and tie and women wear a long or mid-length dress or a pantsuit. We also welcome summer colors and florals to complement our garden theme!
Please plan to arrive by 1:45 PM, as our ceremony will begin promptly at 2 PM.
Our wedding ceremony will be held inside a Catholic Church. Cocktail hour will take place both inside the mansion and outdoors on the patio. Dinner and dancing will follow indoors, but guests are welcome to enjoy the outdoor patio throughout the evening.
Yes! We’re providing bus transportation to help you navigate the day smoothly. Here’s the full schedule: 1:20 PM: Buses depart from the Hilton Harrisburg to the church and will return guests to the Hilton once the ceremony concludes. 4:30 PM: Buses depart from the Hilton Harrisburg to The Willows at Ashcombe for the reception. 10:30 PM: Buses will return from the reception venue to the Hilton at the end of the night. All guests are welcome to use the provided transportation, regardless of where you’re staying!
Due to the parade in downtown Harrisburg on our wedding day, there will be limited street parking available near the church. We encourage all guests to park at the Hilton Harrisburg and take the provided buses to the ceremony. For the reception, the venue offers a large, free parking lot conveniently located on-site. You may leave your vehicle overnight, but it must be removed by 12 PM the next day.
Yes! Ubers and other rideshare services are available in the area.
We kindly ask that only those listed on your invitation attend. If you are allowed to bring a plus-one, your invitation will indicate "and guest."
Due to limited space, we are only able to invite the children of close family members. We hope you understand and look forward to celebrating this special day with you!
