What should I wear?

Answer

The dress code for this event is formal attire. If you are looking for outfit inspiration, we invite you to join us in wearing fall colors such as burnt orange, mauve, burgundy, navy blue, gold, and brown tones. See photo above for examples. Our wedding party will be wearing green dresses and brown suits.

How & when should I RSVP?

Answer

You can RSVP on this website by clicking the tab titled “RSVP” and filling out the form with your information. Please respond as soon as possible, but no later than August 15, 2025, as we will need to provide our venue with an accurate guest count at around this time.

What if I can’t make it?

You will be missed, but we completely understand. Please RSVP “no” as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

Your invitation is addressed to those who are invited. If it includes a guest, then yes! Unfortunately due to limitations in venue capacity, we can not accommodate guests (including children) who are not listed on your invitation. We appreciate your understanding.

Can I take photos?

Answer

We kindly ask that phones and cameras are turned off and stowed away during the ceremony. However, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you’d like throughout the rest of the night!

What will the timeline of the day look like?

Answer

Please plan to arrive between 4:15-4:45, as you will need time to park and take the shuttle to the ceremony site. See the “travel” page for more info on parking. The ceremony will be held from 5:00-5:30 on the lower patio of the Studio Inn. Following the ceremony, enjoy appetizers, an open bar, and live music during our cocktail hour from 5:30-6:30 on the upper patio. Our reception will begin at 6:30 under the Studio Inn pavilion. Dinner will be provided, followed by dancing and dessert. Our event will end promptly at 10:30, and guests will take the shuttle back to their car. The shuttle will be running continuously throughout the night for those who are ready to leave before the event concludes.
