When & where is the wedding?

Our ceremony & reception will be held at Oyster Bay Yacht Club in Fernandina Beach, Florida. Our ceremony will start promptly at 5:30pm, we ask that guests arrive by 5:00pm. The reception will end at 10pm.

What time should guests arrive to the ceremony?

Please arrive 30 minutes prior (5:00pm) to be seated before the ceremony begins at 5:30pm.

Where should I park?

Answer

There is NO parking at the venue. Trolleys will be provided from the hotel with a designated room block. Uber is an option, but is not always available. We recommend staying at the hotel listed, as transportation is provided. Please reach out to us if you have any accessibility issues.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Garden Party Formal We invite men to wear suits, no tie required. We ask women to choose a tea, ankle, or floor-length dresses or chic jumpsuits. Please, no jeans, short dresses, white dresses or white jumpsuits.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We intentionally booked a photographer to capture our day so our guests can be present. Please keep phones and cameras tucked away and on silent during the ceremony.

Will alcohol be served?

Yes. We will be serving beer, wine, and spirits during cocktail hour, and throughout the reception.

We've created a registry directly through Zola, but we will also have other items linked.

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration.

If your invitation includes "and guest," then yes! Othwerwise, we are keeping our guest list intimate.
