We're getting married!

Through the hustle and bustle of pharmacy school, Ariana's friend Jeff and Jack's groomsman Nikko, went on a mission trip to Africa together. The two came home to their respective pharmacy schools with an experience to last a lifetime and crazy stories of friendship to go along with it. After sharing stories with their friends it was obvious the friends had to meet. Ariana and Jeff made the trip from Buffalo, NY to Wilkes Barre, PA for a Kappa Psi event to get the friends together. Jack and Ariana met at one of the fraternities social events that weekend and have been connected ever since. After graduation, Jack moved back to his hometown of Wethersfield, CT to start his career which meant the couple had to continue their long distance relationship. Ariana graduated a year later and let her career and their love take her to Connecticut as well, closing the distance gap, the couple was finally together!

The couple's family and friends have been dropping subtle (sometimes no so subtle) hints for a while about proposing, but Jack always played it cool. The couple went on what Ariana thought was and innocent trip to a lake house in Vermont. Little did she know Jack had been secretly planning a proposal for weeks. After the couple had a day full of hiking, kayaking and paddle boarding, they enjoyed some drinks while watching the sunset over the lake. While relaxing and wishing for another work free day by the lake, Jack got down on one knee and popped the question. Ariana cried tears of joy and of course said YES!
