This is a lovely hotel (it really is the nicest Best Western we've ever seen) with a paved path right along the Columbia River, and gorgeous views of the waterfront. There is also an outdoor swimming pool and hot tub if that's your thing — great for kids.

Our favorite affordable motel in Hood River, we frequently stay here while skiing. The owners are a very sweet family and the rooms are clean and comfortable.
