After college, they even had a brief time working together as waitresses (undisclosed location since they hated it there) while living together in West Hartford, CT. They went from biking around the Lake they grew up on and playing on the trampoline to visiting one another at college. Lyss is now in her third year of law school at Northwestern, in Chicago, just about to graduate (She is so cool and smart - she won't brag about herself, but we will). Amanda and Lyss talk every single day and have had a relationship that has proven the test of time and distance. Tommy is Amanda's best friend, dating back to middle school when they became friends on the bus. Tommy and Amanda were insufferable in high school together, with so many inside jokes and an in-sync laugh, but they loved it. Luckily for them, they both decided to go to UConn and had the same group of college friends. They're currently doing long distance - with Tommy in Boston and Amanda in New York, but that doesn't change their friendship. Tommy is the funniest person in every room he's in, and a convo with him is never wasted. Ask him about: Lulu Lemon, Roach Street, why he doesn't like sushi, and his roommate, Bear

Julianne is one of Amanda's newest but dearest friends. Their friendship began since Jack and Julianne's fiancé, Matt Brophy, are best friends. Dave and Jack met as members of a professionalism club at UConn and quickly became close friends through their mutual love of skiing / snowboarding. Dave is an incredible skier, and the two of them spent countless snow days driving through blizzard conditions just to make it to the mountain for a powder day. They both love to hike, camp, and explore, taking day trips to Jay Peak and traveling together to Jackson Hole and Lake Tahoe for ski adventures. Dave is always the first one up, always ready to go, and never says no to an adventure - the exact kind of person you want as a friend. Ask him about: What trip he’s planning next
Bridesmaid
Hannah is Jack's older sister, who Amanda met in the summer of 2023 in Cape Cod at a family party. As Hannah knows everything about the Rice/Gallo family and is the most welcoming human ever, Amanda felt so comfortable at that party by her side, being introduced to everyone. Ask her about: New Jersey, her recent honeymoon to Greece, and sharks
Groomsman
In terms of the groomsmen, Max is the newest addition to the group. After meeting each other while doing orthopedic research the summer between their junior and senior year, they immediately became close friends while taking on all the dirty work in the lab. Realizing they shared far more in common than just research, they started hanging out more and more throughout senior year and eventually became roommates during their final years living in West Hartford. Jack and Max love to compete - snowboarding, golfing, pickleball, lifting weights - they’re almost evenly matched in everything they do, which makes every competition fun. Ask him about: His bedtime
Bridesmaid
Sarah has been Amanda’s very first friend and easily her longest-lasting one, too. From meeting in preschool to becoming an inseparable little duo, they’ve been side by side through it all. Their summers were filled with splashing around in the O’Hazos’ pool and biking around the lake (even if Sarah definitely could’ve lived without the bike rides). They did everything together, and somewhere along the way, their families became just as close as they were. Now Sarah lives in New Hampshire with her adorable lab, but no amount of distance (or time) changes their friendship. No matter how long it’s been, they always pick up right where they left off. Ask her about: Benson, Keene NH, and baking
Groomsman
Brendan is Jack’s brother-in-law, but more importantly, he’s been part of the family for nearly a decade. He’s the closest thing Jack has to a brother and, like just about everyone else in the wedding party, he’s a great snowboarder - making family trips up north that much more fun. From the start, Brendan was easy to connect with, and over the years he naturally shifted from being “Jack’s sister’s significant other” to someone Jack genuinely enjoys spending time with. A fellow bourbon enthusiast, he makes every holiday better, and Jack couldn’t be happier to have him in the family. Ask him about: his love for gluten
Officiant
Mitch is Amanda's brother, who is three years older than her. Growing up, Mitch cast a big shadow, with being effortlessly successful in everything he did (from getting a free ride to college on his academics and being homecoming king). As Mitch and Amanda got older their classic brother sister rivalry turned into a friendship, and Mitch is someone Amanda looks up to and trusts wholeheartedly. At one of the earlier weddings Jack and Amanda ever went to together as guests, Jack told Amanda he thought Mitch would be a perfect officiant for their wedding and Amanda couldn't agree more. Ask him about: His thought process when he realized he was being asked to be the officiant
