When Should I RSVP By?
Answer
The sooner, the better — we can't wait to hear from you! That said, the official deadline to RSVP (and to book your hotel room at the Marriott with our special rate) is January 4th, 2026. But please try to get an RSVP to us sooner. Thanks so much for helping us plan ahead!

Flights & Hotels?
Answer
As long as you are present on Saturday for our big day, please arrive/stay/depart whenever and wherever! If you are leaving from San Diego, we'd recommend flying through CBX/TJ. If you’d like to stay in the same hotel as us, please view the “Travel” tab to get our special rate!

What does transportation from airport to hotel look like?
Answer
If you are staying at the JW Marriott Los Cabos with us, it is approximately 11 miles from Los Cabos International Airport (SJD), which is about a 20-30 minute drive. For your convenience, we added a link under the travel page for you to book through a trusted company. Or feel free to book your own ride.

What is the dress code?
Answer
Semi-Formal on Saturday: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses. Please do not wear white/cream/ivory to any event. Or olive green to ceremony/reception as that is what color the bridesmaids will be wearing. :)

Will there be an open bar?

Yes! Please hydrate accordingly.

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
Please ask the bride & groom. If you have not heard from either the bride or groom about bringing someone, then the answer is no. Unfortunately we cannot accommodate additional guests. Thank you for understanding.

What will the weather be like?
Answer
March in San José del Cabo is usually warm and sunny, with daytime highs around the mid-80s°F and cooler evenings. Our ceremony will be indoors, and the reception will be outside starting at 6 PM — so you may want to bring a light layer for later in the evening. And don't forget sunscreen for daytime events!

Will there be transportation provided from the ceremony to the reception?
Answer
Yes, we will have shuttles take you from the ceremony back to the hotel for cocktail hour and dinner.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?
Answer
We ask that you kindly hide your iPhones during the ceremony. We will have a photographer there to capture all of you, and we’d rather they capture you living in the moment. Feel free to take photos during the rest of the time though…as long as you share them with us! ;)
