We're Getting Married!!!

Jack Adeline and I simply always knew each other. Starting with our days at Ms. Debby's (Our Babysitter) all the way up through elementary, middle and high school. I remember her little brother Brody got me in trouble with Ms. Debby and I had to sit with my nose touching the front door for hours. Then there's second grade... and Cowgirl Boot Fridays. Apparently little girls love abusing the boys they like. Fridays Adeline would wear her boots to school to kick me where the sun doesn't shine. "Why doesn't she like me back?" I wondered. Next we were tasked to survive middle school, hardcore crushing and petty moments. They all brought us to high school. It was Oyo and the Overlook Trail that kicked us off. The regular young love feelings were our reality, yet not for very long. We came to know and understand Jesus, who He wanted us to be and how that looked for the both of us together. We quickly learned the weight of this choice of love, and have not and will not stop choosing to do so. Adeline So yes! As Jack said above, we have simply always known each other. From our days of being lil babes who had no clue they would actually end up together, to now engaged! From grade school to highschool graduation, it really has always been him and I. To be honest with you all, I had no idea this is where we'd be. I remember as a little girl, my dream was to get married, be a wife and eventually start my own family. I now know Jesus listened to every single one of those prayers little Addy prayed. By the way, I will indeed admit that Cowgirl Boot Fridays were my thing... it was just my way of letting Jack know I was crushin on him. Sweet times! All in all, I just can't believe this is where we are now, the Lord has been gracious to us in so many ways. We are so grateful for everyone who has loved us through thick and thin, and cant wait to have all of our loved ones with us as we soon make a covenant before the Lord. Lets get married!
