We would prefer that you RSVP online so that we can keep track of who is coming easier but we do have the option to mail it back to us.

Have you reserved blocks of rooms at one or more hotels?

We have a block of 20 rooms at The Litchfield Inn that need to be booked a month prior to the wedding date.

Will there be a shuttle to and/or from the hotel?

Answer

There will not be a shuttle. The Litchfield Inn is about 10 minutes from the venue.

There is plenty of parking at the wedding venue.

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outside. Cocktail hour will be a mix of indoors and outdoors. The reception with be indoors with air conditioner.

What is the dress code for your wedding?

Answer

Dress up! No dress code in particular.

Are there any colors or styles you'd prefer me to wear?

Answer

Avoid terracotta since that’s the wedding color the bridesmaids will be wearing. And of course no white 🤪

We love your children, but we can only accommodate the names listed on the wedding invitation.

Where should we bring/send our wedding gift?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, you can have it delivered to our home at 4 Hackmatack Street, Manchester, CT 06040. A wedding card box will be at our reception.

What time should I arrive at your wedding ceremony?

Answer

Guests should arrive 60 minutes beforehand in order to be in their seats 30 to 45 minutes before the ceremony starts.

What time will your wedding reception end?

We have the venue until 11p.

Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?

Answer

We plan to have an unplugged wedding ceremony so that guests are not distracted by their devices and the professional wedding photographer can get the best possible shots without the interference of other flashes or mobile screens. We ask that you do not take pictures during our wedding ceremony but after that please take as many photographs as you’d like.
