Mérida has an international airport though for most guests connection will likely be necessary through Mexico City. Cancun has a larger international airport. From there, it's a ~3 hour drive. You can either rent a car or we can help you arrange private transport.

We will negotiate group rates at local hotels in downtown Mérida and include that here. The event on Saturday will be 40 minutes outside of the city at Hacienda San Pedro Ochil.
