Question
When do I need to RSVP by?
Answer
Please RSVP by August 24th, 2025. If you do not RSVP by the given date, you will be marked as “not attending”. We would love celebrating with you, however, we have to provide an exact guest count to our vendors and cannot accept late RSVP’s.

What should I do if I cannot make it?
Answer
You will definitely be missed! If you can’t attend our wedding, please indicate “Will Not Attend” on your RSVP so we can plan accordingly. If you already have RSVP’d “Attending”, but find you will not make it, please notify us as soon as you are aware.

Can I bring a date/plus one?
Answer
Due to a limited budget, we are only able to accommodate those guest formally invited on your wedding invitation. Thank you for understanding!

Is this a kid friendly wedding?
Answer
We love and adore your little ones, however, we have decided to keep our ceremony and reception a kid free event. We encourage you to use this night as a fun date night! We appreciate you making prior arrangements so you can celebrate with us.

What is the dress code?
Answer
We’d love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day. The dress code is formal attire. Please no jeans, and of course no wearing white :)

Are there any colors I should avoid wearing?
Answer
We kindly ask that you avoid colors traditionally reserved for the bride: whites, ivories, and creams.

What time should I arrive?
Answer
A time for the ceremony will be given on your formal invite and we ask that you arrive and be in your seat NO LATER THAN 15 minutes before the ceremony starts (3:45pm). You may arrive earlier than 15 minutes and it will give you time to park, sign the guest book, and find your seat. If you arrive after the ceremony has already started, you will not be able to be seated and will have to wait until cocktail hour to enter.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?
Answer
We are having an “Unplugged” ceremony. No phones or cameras in use until after the ceremony. The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say “I Do”. We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos/videos as you’d like and upload them to the QR code we will provide you at the wedding.

Where should we stay?
Answer
Please refer to the “Travel” section of the website for the information on where to stay. We have blocked off rooms at a nearby hotel 15 minutes from the venue. If you’d like to stay elsewhere there are plenty of accommodations near by. The wedding is in Goldsboro, NC.
