Question

Are there wedding events, other than the wedding, that I can attend?

Answer

Yes! Please refer to the "weekend itinerary" tab for a detailed list of wedding weekend events.

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

If you have any attire questions, please reference the "weekend itinerary" tab at the top of the page. Each event with the respective attire is listed.

Where should guests park during the wedding? Is parking free?

Answer

Any guest that would like to drive to the wedding is more than welcome. There is free parking located at the venue.

What will the weather be like this time of year?

Answer

Colorado weather can be quite unpredictable at this time of year. So, out of an abundance of caution, we ask that you pack layering items for all events. We might be blessed with weather in the high-60s and sun, or we may get snow!

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony (pending inclimate weather) will be outdoors on the circle driveway of the Mansion. Signs will direct you to this location once you arrive and park. The reception will be inside of the Mansion’s Great Hall.

What types of food will be served at the reception?

Answer

After the ceremony, there will be a charcuterie hors d'oeuvre display during cocktail hour. During the reception, we will be serving upscale, homestyle foods such as chef carved tenderloin and mac and cheese!

Will there be an open bar at the wedding?

Answer

Yes! We will be serving beer and wine during the cocktail hour and reception.

Are there blocked hotel rooms for guests?

Answer

Yes! Please look at the "travel/hotel" tab at the top of the page. We recommend that you stay at the hotel we have blocked because it will put you walking distance from every event (except the wedding) during the weekend. If I am not staying at the hotel but want to come to the hotel for certain events, where do I park?

Answer

We would love to have you join us. When dining in the Panzano Restaurant, the hotel restaurant, visitors are offered the first two hours of parking complimentary. If the guests are not dining in Panzano the hourly rate is $10 per hour.

Are there any complementary amenities that hotel/wedding guests can enjoy at Kimpton Hotel Monaco?

Answer

- Complimentary Coffee & Tea service in the Panzano restaurant each morning (7a-10a M-F & 8a-12p S-S) - Complimentary Wine Hour hosted in the lobby each evening (5p-6p) - Complimentary night cap in the lobby (8p-10p)

If I do not want to stay in the blocked hotel, where can I look for accomodations?

Answer

No worrries! Travelocity, Air B&B, TripAdvisor, Hotels.com, and VRBO are all great resources. We would recommend staying in the downtown Denver area due to proximity to the weekend's events.
