When is the RSVP deadline?

Please RSVP no later than June 17th! You can RSVP right here on our website in the RSVP tab. We are excited to celebrate with you!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We are so excited to celebrate surrounded by our closest family and friends. As we’re keeping it intimate, only those named in your wedding invitation can be accommodated. If you have been given a plus one, it will be noted in your party when you RSVP.

Are children invited?

Answer

While children are welcome, we would encourage you to take this opportunity to experience our wedding as a date night with your spouse! That said, if you’re unable to make other arrangements for your small children, they will be accommodated. Please include them on your RSVP if they will be attending! Please note, our venue has a strict parental supervision policy. No children may be left unattended for any period of time. Jack and I will also be held personally responsible for any damage they cause to the property, so please be careful about watching them. Thank you in advance!!

What is the dress code?

Answer

Dressy casual--think summer garden party! Polos and slacks for men, and midi length dresses for women. Personal choice for footwear: nice, clean sneakers and sandals are perfectly acceptable, and so are dress shoes. Patterns, florals, and bright colors are encouraged! Avoid: jeans, skirts shorter than knee length, beat up sneakers

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will take place indoors, while the cocktail hour will take place outdoors on the covered patio. We will have lawn games and refreshments during cocktail hour while we flip the inside for the reception!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30pm. We ask that you arrive no later than 5:00 to give you time to park and find your seat before the ceremony begins. Guests who arrive late will need to wait until the bride is down the aisle before entering.

Is there parking at the Venue?

Answer

Yes, there is free guest parking at the venue which will be denoted by a sign.

Will there be a bar?

Answer

No, we will be having a dry reception, but we will be offering lemonade, tea, and a signature mocktail throughout the evening. We look forward to a fun and memorable evening with you!

Do you have a hotel block for guests?

Answer

We did not reserve a hotel block since Wichita offers plenty of wonderful accommodations throughout the area. We encourage you to book wherever feels right for you! That said, we've curated some favorite suggestions on our Travel page to help inspire your search. Please note that we won't have a shuttle to the venue on wedding day, but Wichita also offers many convenient rental car options for your visit.

What if I miss the RSVP deadline?

Answer

RSVP’s not received by June 17th will be marked as “not attending.” While we will miss celebrating with you, we must provide a final headcount to our venue and caterer in a timely manner. We hope you understand!
