FAQs

If you have any additional questions, please don't hesitate to contact us!

When is the RSVP deadline?

Please RSVP by August 3rd. The earlier the better!

Can I bring a plus one? Are kids welcome?

Due to venue capacity, we can only accommodate a limited number of guests. Please refer to the name(s) and reserved number of seats listed on your invitation. If you have any questions, please reach out to Jack or Jordyn!

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

All events will be outdoors. The wedding venue is mostly turf but the parking lots are gravel, so please keep this in mind when picking shoes. We're expecting Saratoga to be warm in the afternoon and cool in the evening. Please bring layers! There will be an area for coats and bags near the entrance of our venue.

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

For the wedding, our preferred dress code is "Garden Party." Think colorful hues, fun fabric textures, and floral patterns. This is not a strict dress code, but we'd love to see you have fun with it and dress to impress! Please click the "View" button below for further guidance on our attire suggestions. For shoes, we recommend heels on the thicker side for those who wish to wear them, wedges, flats, dress shoes, or nice sneakers. We ask that you refrain from wearing jeans, shorts, t-shirts, short dresses, or anything too casual to the wedding. You're welcome to wear casual attire to the Farewell Picnic on Sunday!

Where should I park?

There is plenty of free parking at Saratoga Springs! Parking attendants will guide you to the parking lots when you arrive. For the Farewell Picnic, the park has a $6 vehicle entrance fee. The Sycamore Group Picnic Area has its own parking lot, so there will be ample parking near the picnic site.

Is the wedding venue wheelchair accessible?

Yes, and we will have a golf cart available for anyone needing assistance getting around the property!

Is it okay to take pictures with our phones and cameras during the wedding?

We would love for you to take photos and share them with us on our photo app (coming soon!). However, please refrain from taking photos during the ceremony, especially if you choose an aisle seat. We want our photographers and videographer to be able to capture the ceremony without obstructions. Thank you for understanding!
