***Tea Ceremony Info*** (For Isabel's aunts/uncles)

Tea Ceremony will be held BEFORE the main event, so please be at the venue by 3:15PM the LATEST. Please reach out to Isabel for any questions or concerns.

Will there be transportation?

Answer

Everything will be on-site, including our hotel room block, so transportation will not be provided.

Is there a dress/color code?

Answer

Cocktail/Formal. Come get fancy with us! Your snazziest suit & tie, formal separates, dressy jumpsuits, cocktail dresses, and floor-length dresses are all welcome. Please no jeans, t-shirts, or white dresses! Tuxes are not necessary, but if you feel like dressing to the nines, feel free to wear it! Though it's technically Fall, November can go either way, so bring something warm to wear as the ceremony may be outside! Bridesmaids will be wearing a range of reds/oranges.

Can I bring a plus one?

While we would be delighted to have more guests join our celebration, we must adhere to a specific guest limit. We kindly request that you remain within the individuals indicated on your invitation. Thank you for your understanding!

Are children invited?

Answer

While we love your children, unfortunately only family will be allowed to bring their kids due to number restrictions. Please make arrangements and enjoy the night celebrating with us!

What time should I arrive at the venue?

Answer

We encourage you to get to the venue by 4pm for a welcome drink. Ceremony will begin at 4:30pm. For Isabel's Aunts and Uncles, please refer to the tea ceremony note above.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The cocktail hour and reception are set to be a cozy indoor affair, but the ceremony might take a stroll outside if the weather plays nice! We’ll make the big call on the day, so don’t forget to bring a snazzy coat for those chilly vibes. And no worries—once the “I do’s” are done, we’ve got complimentary coat check services ready to take your outerwear off your hands!

Is there a room block?

Answer

Yes! Please refer to the “Hotel” tab for more information. Kindly make your reservations as soon as possible. The rooms will be available for booking on a first come, first serve basis.

The room block is not available anymore. Is there another hotel or room block available?

Answer

Unfortunately, we will not be arranging an additional hotel room block. Please note: the hotel is completely sold out for the night of our wedding, and rooms outside the block will not be available. Once the deadline for our current room block has passed, our venue will notify us if any additional rooms become available for inclusion. At that time, you will have the opportunity to reserve a room at our wedding rate. Should you wish to be added to the waitlist for booking on the night of the our wedding, please contact Isabel directly.

What time can I check into the hotel?

Answer

Check in is at 3PM, however if you would like to arrive earlier, we recommend you reach out to the hotel to let them know your arrival time and they will do their best to accommodate your arrival!

Will there be parking?

Answer

Yes, there is plenty of parking at the venue! Valet will be offered as well.

How does this "Betting on the Wedding" work?
