Another good hotel option not too far from Peterson House. Upon booking, select your dates and in the 'I have a code' section go down to promotion code, click GROUP, and type the code 'OUREVENT', then BOOK NOW. This code will give you 15% off bookings however, unlike the Rydges, it is non-refundable.
