Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

The ranch itself will be able to accommodate most of the wedding guests overnight. (No driving necessary, whoop!) In order to book your lodging for the wedding, you will need to go through either Cody or Jaci. Please refer to the travel section on our website and follow the instructions there to receive more information and book your room! Upon booking a room, you will receive a welcome packet from Jaci with more information about staying at the ranch.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

When you arrive at the ranch, we will have parking signs in place that you can follow. There are two parking lots that will be open for guest parking. The ceremony will be held at Seybold Amphitheater. The parking lot closest to the ceremony site will NOT be available for guest parking. Please refer to the map above for details.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

For guests that will be staying overnight, there will be a send-off brunch for the newlyweds on Sunday at 9 AM in the Great Lodge (no travel required).

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

What time do I have to check-out by on Sunday 10/29?

Answer

Check-out at the ranch will be at 11 AM following the send-off brunch for Cody and Jaci.
