FAQs

Question

What should I do if I have received a Save the Date and know that I cannot attend?

Answer

While we wish that you could celebrate with us, if you have received your Save the Date and are aware of an unavoidable conflict, we kindly ask that you let us know at your earliest convenience.

Question

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our wedding will take place outside of the Cohen Residence. We understand it will be hot, but we hope the temperature will not deter you from spending the best day of our lives with us. You will be provided individual fans and refreshments will be available each step of the way!

Question

What date should I RSVP by?

Answer

If you have received your Save the Date and are aware of an unavoidable conflict, we kindly ask that you let us know at your earliest convenience. Please RSVP no later than May 29th, 2026, through the RSVP card that accompanied your invitation or the RSVP tab in the menu above. If you do not RSVP in time, we will assume that you are unable to attend.

Question

What is the dress code for the wedding?

Answer

We are delighted to celebrate with you in style! The attire for the evening is black tie preferred. Gentlemen are encouraged to wear a tuxedo; however, a dark suit is acceptable if a tuxedo is unavailable. Ladies are kindly asked to wear an evening gown.

Question

What time will dinner be served?

Answer

Following our ceremony at 6:30 p.m., guests are invited to a cocktail hour with passed hors d’oeuvres. The evening will continue with dinner service at 8:00 p.m. Guests may wish to have a small bite before arriving.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited capacity, we will only be able to accommodate those specifically named on your invitation.

Question

Are kids welcome at the wedding?

Answer

We have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event with the exception of our flower girl and ring bearer. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!

Question

What time should I arrive at the wedding ceremony?

Answer

We ask you arrive thirty minutes before the wedding begins, providing enough time for you to park and take your seats.

Question

Have you reserved blocks of rooms at one or more hotels?

Answer

Yes, we have reserved rooms at the Courtyard by Marriott and the Best Western in Thomasville, as well as the Element by Marriott and the Hampton Inn in Bainbridge. You can find more details listed under the Travel tab.

Question

Will there be a shuttle to and/or from the hotel(s) for the wedding?
