You should arrive at the venue around 4:30 pm. We will have someone to greet and guide you in the right direction as well as take your picture for our polaroid guestbook! The ceremony will begin at 5 pm sharp!
Less than two blocks from The Garden Room, both Central United Methodist Church and First Baptist Church on Dickson Street have large, well-lit parking lots available for use by the public and are accessible from N. Highland Avenue. In addition, a limited amount of paid parking is available on Dickson Street and nearby cross streets, as well as the Spring Street Parking Garage on the corner of Spring Street and School Avenue. Yes! From arrival time to the beginning of the ceremony take as many pictures as you please. Once the processional begins please refrain from being on your phone or taking pictures. We will have a professional photographer to capture everything so you are able to be in the moment with us. After the ceremony and before the reception begins, we would like to get a few pictures of the family and couples! After that, please take as many photos as you want and feel free to use the polaroid and disposable cameras!
Proteins will include rosemary chicken, pork loin medallions, and sliced beef brisket. Dinner will also include salad, vegetable medley, bread, and fruit cobbler!
We will have tea, lemonade, cans of soda, water, and sparkling grape juice for toasts!
