We first met at ETSU, during a setup for The Well, the college ministry we were both part of. What started as just another event setup turned into the beginning of something really special. Before long, we found ourselves in the same friend group, spending almost all our free time together. We played pickleball, made late-night Cookout runs, and spent countless hours “studying” in the library (though we did a lot more talking and laughing than actual studying). Over the next couple of years, our friendship grew into something deeper. After two years of hanging out, inside jokes, and late-night conversations, we finally went on our first date—and the rest is history.
