Brown 🤎
If black is your sole choice, please don't hesitate to embrace it! Please refrain from wearing brown. We look forward to celebrating together in a bold display of colors.
Getting all dressed up is one of our favorite things to do! The official dress code for our wedding day is Black-Tie Optional. Formal attire is a must! For gentlemen, you may wear a suit if you do not wish to wear a tux. (NO short-sleeves, please!) For ladies, please consider wearing a floor-length gown or midi dress. (Fancy dress suits are appropriate as well! 😎) All guests should consider the weather.
The average temperature in Seattle in September for a typical day ranges from a high of 68°F to a low of 52°F. Please pray that it doesn’t rain on our wedding day 🙏🏼🥹
If you do not RSVP by April 14, 2025, you will be marked as "not attending." We would love to celebrate with you, however, we are required to provide an exact guest count to our vendors and cannot accept late RSVP's. (This will mean you are not allowed to show up to our special day. There will be no seating, food, or drink accommodations for you.)
You will definitely be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding, please indicate "Will NOT Attend" on your RSVP so we can plan accordingly.
We are only able to accommodate the guests that are listed on your invitation. If their name is not listed, unfortunately we will not be able to accommodate them. If you feel that your guest is missing, please contact Jaceth or Travis.
In order to meet guest number restrictions, we can only invite the children of close family members and our wedding party. Family, please type in your name in the RSVP section to see if your children are included in our guest list. If your child is missing from the list, please contact Jaceth or Travis.
The ceremony will begin promptly at 2:00 pm, so we ask that our guests arrive by 1:30 pm to ensure you are seated on time.
If you must, we ask that you are discreet and not in the way of our photographer, videographer, and content creator.
After the ceremony, you will drive to the reception venue, Chateau Lill, in Woodinville. It’s about a 30 minute drive from the church. Upon arrival, you can enjoy wine and small appetizers before the reception begins. Feel free to explore the venue and take in the beautiful scenery. Cocktail hour usually lasts an hour, just like the name suggests. ☺️ Don't forget to visit the Alpacas! 🦙
We’ll have free-flowing wine featuring a selection of reds and whites for everyone to enjoy! For any other alcoholic drinks, there will be a no-host bar, so just a heads up that you’ll be responsible for those. Also, please keep in mind that Washington State does not permit serving alcoholic shots at most wedding celebrations, including ours.
The ceremony will be inside a church. The reception will take place outdoors, under a beautiful white tent at Chateau Lill. The dance floor area is indoors. There is also an indoor lounge area with a fireplace at the Chateau.
There are ramps at the ceremony and reception locations to accomodate those who may need it.
Staying in the listed hotels is not mandatory. They are provided for your convenience.
