This is where we first met! It was Vicinity Coffee back then and is now a Five Watt Coffee location. Five Watt Coffee is a local coffee chain founded in 2014.

Colossal Cafe

1340 Grand Avenue, Saint Paul, MN 55105

This was our second date spot (well, technically not this location). Colossal Cafe offers breakfast and lunch made from scratch with something for everyone.

Icehouse

2528 Nicollet Avenue, Minneapolis, MN 55404

This is one of our anniversary go-to's. The Icehouse building was built in 1868 and used to store lake ice. Today, Icehouse has been transformed into a lively music club and restaurant in the heart of Minneapolis famed Eat Street.

French Meadow Bakery & Café

1662 Grand Avenue, Saint Paul, MN 55105

Located next to Jace's employer, Macalester College. French Meadow was a farm-to-table establishment long before that term became a catch-phrase, and remains passionate about the strict organic and environmental standards that have been a guiding force since it was founded as the country’s first certified organic bakery in 1985.

The St. Paul Grill

Open since 1990 and brimming with energy and nostalgia, The St. Paul Grill is a destination unto itself. Located in the historic Saint Paul Hotel and overlooking Rice Park, the iconic restaurant is known for its refined style, attentive service, and exceptional cuisine.
