Question

Dress Code

Answer

We kindly ask our guests to dress in formal attire, with dresses recommended to be ankle length and no jeans, as we celebrate this special occasion in style. Thank you for being part of our day—we can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Question

Where are the ceremony and reception located?

Answer

They are conveniently located at the same place! Both the ceremony and the reception will be held at The Barn at Wolf Ridge : 1467 FM1200, Gainesville, TX 76240

Question

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both will be indoors! We will have a short period of time for guests to be outdoors for cocktail hour and the walk between the chapel and reception area.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM. We kindly ask that guests arrive between 3:15 and 3:45 PM to allow time to be seated before the ceremony begins. Once the chapel doors are closed, we will not be able to accommodate late entry. Thank you so much for your understanding!

Question

Can I bring a plus one or my children?

Answer

To help us keep our celebration intimate, we kindly ask that only those guests listed on the invitation attend. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Question

Photos during the Ceremony

Answer

We kindly ask that guests refrain from taking cellphone photos during the ceremony so everyone can be fully present in the moment. You’re more than welcome to capture photos during cocktail hour and the reception—we can’t wait to see the memories you share!

Question

Hotel Block

Answer

We do not have a reserved hotel block for our wedding. We recommend visiting our Travel page to explore nearby accommodations that are well-reviewed both online and in relation to our venue. Please feel free to stay wherever you feel most comfortable. There are also excellent hotel options in the greater Dallas and Denton areas, as well as in southern Oklahoma, for those who don’t mind a bit of extra travel.
