Our wedding dress code is formal. This means a long evening gown, or a suit and tie are appropriate. Make sure it’s something you can dance in!

We will have an open bar for the first bit of the wedding, then a cash bar available at the venue for guests to purchase their preferred drinks.

The Pavilion is a charming, standalone venue nestled on the western side of the Stanley Hotel's picturesque grounds. This beautiful space will host our entire wedding celebration, from our heartfelt ceremony through our joyful dinner and reception.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 5:00 PM. Please arrive 15 minutes before the ceremony to get settled. Allow yourself extra time to find parking.

What do the Bride and Groom expect from our guests?

Answer

We want each and every person to have FUN. This means bringing your best attitude, energy, and self. each and every person we have invited is our family, blood related or not, we care deeply about each of you and want you all to have the best time, please show one another love, respect, and most importantly, have a blast.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we adore the children in our friends and families lives, our wedding venue and budget constraints make it necessary to limit the number of children present. If you receive a save the date without specific mention of children, we ask that you arrange childcare. We understand this may complicate travel plans, which is why we'll be providing a Zoom link for those unable to attend in person, ensuring no one misses our special moment.
