Question

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

We ask you to please arrive to the Mansion at Oyster Bay at 6PM to ensure no interruptions during the ceremony.

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

Shuttle service will be provided for any guests staying at the hotel (Four Points by Sheraton). Schedule for shuttle service is currently TBD but will be provided closer to our wedding day.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

The venue does have a large parking lot to accommodate all guests. Valet parking will be offered.

Question

Will the event take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony is scheduled to take place outdoors at the Mansion (fingers crossed weather cooperates!) The cocktail hour and reception will take place indoors at the Mansion with access to outside. So, dress accordingly for unpredictable April weather!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your kids, but this wedding will be an adult only wedding!

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

We will be having an after party for anyone who wants to keep celebrating with us. Location is the same as reception. Start time is directly after the reception ends.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Our RSVP date is March 19th! Please make sure to send it to Evan and Stephanie’s home! Can’t wait to see everyone’s responses!
