Now that the hotel at the Mountain Top Inn is fully booked, we are recommending the Best Western in Rutland for our guests who would like to stay in a hotel (as opposed to a rental home on the property). This hotel is about a 15 minute drive from the venue. We have secured wedding rates for both hotel rooms and suites for our guests, and you should CALL THE HOTEL to secure the room rate when you book. If you attempt to book online, you will not receive the discounted wedding rate! The discounted rate for a standard hotel room is $119/night (before taxes/fees) and the discounted rate for a suite is $159/night (before taxes/fees).

There are a select number of guest homes available on the property! These homes range from 1 bedroom to 6 bedroom and have a variety of additional amenities (decks, game rooms, hot tubs, pool, etc.) and some are pet friendly! These homes are available as first come, first serve. YOU MUST CALL TO BOOK!! BOOKING ONLINE WILL NOT SECURE YOU THE WEDDING RATE!!! DO NOT BOOK ONLINE! Once they are booked by any of our wedding guests, or anyone in the general public, they are no longer available. We are able to reserve the homes for you and we know all of the homes that have already been reserved and can provide guidance as to which home would be best for your party!
