James has been one of Jabari's closest friends since moving to Orange County in 2005. He introduced Kati and Jabari and was the one who suggested Jabari ask her out. This shocked many people because James has been protective of his wife's younger cousin since she was a teen. He said, Jabari has been like family for years, we might as well make it official.

She once tried to slice and dice Kati with a kitchen knife and their love has grown since then. Sisters and best friends, Niki is very excited to stand with her big sister as she joins Jabari in a lifetime of love and happiness. Or he may be the one she tries to slice and dice next!

Scott has been Jabari's Jiminy Cricket since Jabari was 15, a little older a little wiser, Scott has seen Jabari go through a few stages in life, and has always been there when advice or direction was needed(even if it asn't asked for). They have lived together, worked together, and even been to many weddings together, including Scott's. Even though Scott relocated to the Bay, they have remained close and pick up where they left off every time they get together. This day wouldn't be complete without him.

Kati's older sister who admitted to cyber stalking Jabari when she first learned about him. When she told him about her web searching, his reply was simply "go ahead, I paid a lot of money to make sure you wouldn't find anything". She said at that point, she knew he was able to hang with her family.

Jabari's best friend in high school. These two have done everything from play on the same football team together to ditching class for a McDonalds run. The countless hours of playing FIFA while they lived together are only matched by the conversations had about money, women, getting old and raising kids. These two have shared so much life together, this day will certainly be added to the list of unforgettable moments.

Kati's best friend for so long that even Josi's husband calls Bob and Linda his California inlaws. A witness to the slice and dice incident, Josi has been a bystander and an instigator in the Plante girl's antics. She teaches at the same school as Kati so they still work together, play together and now celebrate this special day together as well.

Vell is married to Niki, Kati's sister and when he met Jabari, he said "we have been waiting on you a LONG time!" They met at James and Michelle's, same time Jabari met Kati. They've always gotten along due to their love of hot wings, sports and cracking jokes. They have gotten much closer spending more and more time together and he is a perfect addition to the group that has been assembled to stand with Jabari on this day.

Kati's Goddaughter and cousin who is so excited for this day. They have shared trips to Vegas (don't ask unless you REALLY want to know; what happens in Vegas is openly talked about with this family!), New York and now the alter. She admits she's been waiting so long, she thought she may have ended up there first!

With a heart of gold and a smile worth more than there is in the world, Kiara is excited to share this day with her father and Kati...as long as she got to sing. Otherwise, she may not have shown up.
