Despite growing up 25 miles apart in Corcoran and Hanford, we first crossed paths thousands of miles away in Barcelona while enrolled in a summer class at Fresno State. A month later, we met again in a marketing class where we partnered up for a group project and quickly became friends. The rest, as they say, is history. Sunrises in Barcelona, classrooms at Fresno State, the streets of Chicago. A global pandemic, a few career changes, and a fancy new mortgage.
