Casual. Formal wear is absolutely not mandatory. Anything from comfortably casual to formally fancy. Keep in mind the wood-chip base/floor when considering your footwear and attire.

Answer

This date was chosen to honor James Bryant Carter who was born October 23, 1924. Mr. Carter, a native of Danville, Kentucky, was a retired Journeyman Machinist, and a U.S. Army Veteran of World War II and the Battle of the Bulge, and was a Purple Heart Recipient.
