The Yampa Valley Regional Airport – Hayden (HDN) is about 25 miles (40 km) west of Steamboat Springs, Colorado. It is a 30-minute drive from the airport to downtown Steamboat. If you are not renting a car, there are shuttle services available to and from the airport. Please book them ahead of time as they can fill up and Ubers/Lyfts are harder to get and more expensive. Flight
The Denver International Airport (DEN) is a 3.5-hour drive from Steamboat Springs. If you are not getting a rental car there are shuttle options to and from the airport. These options take considerably longer than 3.5 hours, as they have other stops along the way. We will have shuttles to and from the wedding ceremony/reception. Our venue does not allow individual drivers, everyone must take the shuttle. There will be two shuttle pick-up and drop-off locations, The Steamboat Grand and a downtown location (TBD). Shuttle schedules to come. There will be an early shuttle and a late shuttle at the end of the night.
House Or Rental
If you would like to be walkable to restaurants, bars, and the beautiful Yampa River, we recommend looking into booking an AirBnB or VRBO downtown. Because this time of year is popular for leaf peeping, we recommend booking these options sooner rather than later as they do go fast!
