What time should I arrive at the venue?
Answer
Please arrive no later than 3:45pm as our ceremony will start promptly at 4:00pm. We also ask that you do not arrive any earlier than 3:30pm.

Do I need to get a hotel room?
Answer
While getting a hotel room nearby is not required it is highly encouraged. The bar is open and we want everyone to take full advantage of it! We would love for you to be able to enjoy every second of our day. We would also love for everyone to join us at the after party! Please refer to the travel page for room block info and hotel options!

What should I wear?
Answer
The dress code is formal attire. Ladies, this means floor or ankle length gowns. Men, please wear dark colored suits or tuxedos. Please come looking and feeling your absolute best! The bridal party will be in black but no need to avoid this color! Wedding Colors are White, Black, Blush Pink and Silver. Please avoid wearing white out of respect for the bride. Answer
Yes! We are going to keep the party going until 12am at the Citrus Hotel Bar! We would love for you to join us Address: 199 W Ruby St, Tavares, FL 32778 Only 22 minutes away!

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Both! The ceremony is outside, cocktail hour is inside/outside (on pavers not grass) and the reception is fully indoors.

Where should I park?
Answer
There is a grass parking lot adjacent to the venue. If necessary there is also overflow parking that will be directed by staff members.

Am I allowed to take photos of your wedding?
Answer
We kindly ask that you keep our wedding ceremony "unplugged" and refrain from taking any photos or videos at our wedding. We want our guests to truly be in the moment with us during this special day. Feel free to snap all the pictures you want before and after the ceremony! We will be having a photographer available during cocktail hour to snap professional portraits of all of our guests and would love for you take advantage of this.

What happens after the ceremony?
Answer
Cocktail hour! Guests can explore the venue and enjoy light snacks as well as the bar! We will have a photographer to take professional portraits of our guests at this time and we highly encourage everyone to take advantage of this! The wedding party will grab a few pictures and then hopefully join guests at cocktail hour.

What type of food will be served?
Answer
We'll be serving hors d'oeuvres at cocktail hour followed by a formal sit-down dinner with a choice of entree. If there are any allergies or dietary restrictions please inform the bride or groom as soon as possible.

Can I change my meal option?
Answer
After your RSVP and make your entree selection we kindly ask that you refrain from changing your selection. If there is a dietary restriction that needs to be accommodated please reach out to the couple ASAP.

Answer
You can find our complete wedding registry here on our website (and purchase directly from our wish list) under the "Registry" tab. As we already live together we would prefer contributions to our honeymoon, or house funds which can also be found under the registry tab. Where should we bring/send our wedding gift?
Answer
Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, you can contribute to our honeymoon fund! Or if you prefer a physical gift you can have it delivered to our home at 2437 Firstlight Way, Winter Park FL 32792. A wedding card box will be at our reception.

Can I bring a date?
Answer
If you were given a plus one it will be listed on both your invitation and RSVP. Unfortunately unless specified we cannot accommodate plus ones.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
While we love your little ones, this is an adult only event. Only guests listed on their invitations will be accomodated.
