One of Alan and Isabel's favorite restaurants in Detroit, offering a variety of East African flavors. This restaurant tends to be pretty popular, so stop by the Filipino bakery below or walk around Woodward Ave while waiting.

A Filipino bakery, approved by the Garcia's, down the street from Baobab Fare.

Another favorite of Alan and Isabel's. Leila has a beautiful aesthetic and authentic Lebanese flavors, a popular cuisine in the Detroit area. Requires a reservation.
