Woodstock Farmers Market

Love going to the Farmer's Market on Saturday mornings! It's right behind Reformation Brewery's Woodstock location from 8:30am-noon. The Lathbury family is OBSESSED with the pork rinds, especially the spicy BBQ and ranch flavors. There are lots of vendors that change throughout the summer that you should check out!

Reformation Brewery (Canton)

Great local brewery with lots of outdoor seating. We celebrated our engagement right after Griffin proposed at the Downtown Woodstock location! This is the Canton location right where our venue is and has indoor and outdoor seating. The DT Woodstock location has some indoor and lots of outdoor seating, as well as Queenie's BBQ attached. Izzie's rec: Kaleidoscope cocktail and any sour beer. Griffin's rec: Reformation IPA.

Pie Bar (Woodstock)

Lilah Kate, Izzie's sister and Maid of Honor, works at the Pie Bar! If you're looking for a fun dessert spot- this is it. All the ingredients are locally sourced and the pies are home made. Izzie's rec: Brown Sugar Chess Pie Griffin's rec: Toasted Coconut Cream Pie

Partner’s II Pizza

One of our favorite local pizza places! It's located in Downtown Woodstock, so grab pizza and then walk to over to Reformation for a drink at their Woodstock location. We recommend: Potato Pizza and the Royal Classic Bacon Pizza

Riverstone Corner Bistro

Super yummy, great atmosphere, and close to where the hotels we have suggested! We recommend the fried pickle spears, RCB Burger, and the french dip!

Queenie's Restaurant, Bar, & Events

Everything is good here! There is a location in Downtown Canton AND attached to Reformation Brewery in Downtwon Woodstock. We have gone on dates here and after the proposal we all had some Queenie's bbq and beer to celebrate! Canton location recs: Crispy Braised Pork Belly starter and the fried chicken for entree (but every entree is good) DT Woodstock location recs: Brisket Fritters snack, prime brisket sandwich, and the pork sandwich. They have awesome sauces, so load up. We love the sweet sauce and the Alabama white sauce best.

Local On North

Love Local on North in Downtown Canton- great atmosphere and delicious food. We recommend: the Onion Soup, Mediterranean Chicken Pasta, and the Fried Chocolate Cake (trust me on that one).

Community Burger

Great burger place in the same area as our wedding venue! We eat here frequently before hanging out in the green space with a drink from Reformation. We recommend: their onion rings, fried pickles, Community Burger, and French Dip Burger

Gibbs Gardens

Explore the 336-acre estate garden, with 250+ acres of artistically landscaped gardens surrounded by majestic forest, spring-fed ponds, streams, waterfalls and bridge crossings.

Etowah River Park

58 acres featuring an amphitheater, public bathroom, two community pavilions, inclusive playgrounds, public canoe launch, ½ mile concrete walking trail connecting to Etowah River Trail and Heritage Park, recreational field space, bridge crossing over Etowah River and many picnic tables.

Canton Marketplace
