When and where is the wedding?

Our wedding will take place on April 12, 2025, at La Playa Beach & Golf Resort in Naples, Florida. The ceremony will start at 6:00 PM, followed by the reception at the same venue.

How soon should I book my hotel and flight?
Answer
We highly recommend booking as soon as possible. Since the wedding is during a busy season, both hotels and flights can be in high demand, and last-minute bookings may be more expensive due to the busy season in Florida. To secure the best rates and availability, it’s best to book early.

What is the dress code for ceremony?
Answer
Semi-Formal: Suits and long gowns. All colors are welcome, except white.

While we love your little ones, we have decided to keep our wedding an adults-only event to ensure a relaxed and enjoyable evening for all.

What is the closest airport to the venue?
Answer
The closest airport to La Playa Beach & Golf Resort is Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW), which is about a 30-minute drive away. We recommend booking your flights early, and there are plenty of transportation options available from the airport, including car rentals, taxis, and ride-sharing services.

Will transportation be provided to and from the venue?
Answer
Yes, shuttle services will be available from designated hotels - DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Hotel Naples. • Welcome Party Bus: Departs from DoubleTree Hotel at 6:00 PM on Friday, April 11, 2025. The ride will take approximately 20 minutes. • Ceremony Bus: Departs from DoubleTree Hotel at 5:00 PM on Saturday, April 12, 2025. The ride will take approximately 10 minutes.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

We kindly ask that you refrain from taking photos during the ceremony. Our photographer will capture every moment, and we can't wait to share the photos with you afterward. Feel free to snap away during the reception!

What should I do if I have dietary restrictions?
Answer
Please let us know in advance if you have any dietary restrictions, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs. You can include this information when you RSVP.

Is there parking available at the venue?
Answer
Yes, valet parking will be available at La Playa. However, we recommend taking a taxi or ride-sharing service if you’re staying nearby to avoid parking hassles.If you are staying at the DoubleTree, we will be arranging transportation to LaPlaya for your convenience. More details will be provided closer to the event. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!
