We suggest those who can ride-share or carpool do so. The wedding takes place in a neighborhood with limited parking. Plus, drinking and driving is a no-go and we want everyone to have as much fun as they'd like! Common courtesy parking rules apply: don't block driveways, don't double park on either side of the road, and don't park on grass. There is a small cul-de-sac at the end of the road that offers a few spots as well.
If you are afforded a plus one it will be noted on your invitation. We are keeping things nice and cozy for this shindig.
The dress code is cocktail, semi-formal, or festive. Have something fancy you've been dying to wear? Wear it! Fun colors, patterns, and silhouettes welcome. If you need any clarification or ideas, please feel free to text the bride. The entire wedding will take place outside, so wear shoes suitable for walking and standing on grass/soft ground. Make sure to check the weather and dress accordingly. No jeans, shorts, white (or nearly/mostly white) dresses or flip-flops, please!
We are well aware that many of our friends share a love of photography. We want you to fully enjoy our wedding (as a guest, not a photographer), but if you feel inspired to take photos feel free. All we ask is that you stay out of the way of our wonderful photographer, Katelyn! Please, no photos during the ceremony. We will be asking for everyone to put away their phones and put down their cameras so as to be present with us.
We will have gluten-free, vegan, and allergy friendly snack and meal options available.
There will be a limited selection of beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options available. Just like our typical gatherings, if there is something particular you'd like to drink, BYOB.
