Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please ensure to RSVP by June 13, 2025, to allow us enough time to coordinate with our vendors.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Ceremony starts at 3:45pm, so please plan accordingly to be there on time. To ensure a smooth and calm experience, those who arrive late will need to wait out front until after the ceremony ends. So please be on time!

Are you registered for gifts? Where?

Answer

You can contribute to our honeymoon fund, which we will absolutely cherish during our first trip as newlyweds. Just click on "Registry" in the website menu, and you'll be able to provide a contribution there. Thank you so much! :)

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Put on those fancy pants and get all glammed up! Formal or semi-formal attire preferred, but note the ceremony will be in the grass so consider your shoe choice.

Where should I book my hotel?

Answer

We have rooms blocked at The Graduate Hotel. We will have a shuttle bus bring back hotel guests from the venue to the Graduate hotel, at the end of the night around 10:30pm. Other hotels we recommend are Quirk Hotel, and the Jefferson Hotel.

Is there transportation to and from the venue?

Answer

We suggest either driving, or using Uber/Lyft to get to the venue by 3:45pm. The drive from downtown Richmond takes about 45 minutes. We have a complimentary shuttle planned for the END of the evening, from the venue back to the Graduate Hotel. Note, space is limited, so priority is given to our out-of-town guests. Another option is pre-reserving an Uber/Lyft in advance.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is free parking available at the venue.

How accessible is Uber/Lyft?

Answer

There shouldn't be any issues with getting an Uber/Lyft from downtown, to the venue, for the start of the ceremony. Note, the drive takes approximately 45 minutes to an hour. However, our wedding coordinator suggests pre-reserving an Uber or Lyft in advance for the end of the evening after the wedding, as the venue is in a more remote area. The reception will end at 10:30pm.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Don't worry, there will be a buffet so you can choose what you'd like to eat. Bring a hungry belly, we're having Virginia BBQ!
