If our wedding day brings rain, guests will be guided to go to the atrium instead of being brought up to the open air chapel. Prepare the best you can, with layers, coats, umbrellas and comfy shoes that can get some mud on them. Upon arrival, guests will be asked to leave those items by the coat hangers by the bathroom.

We recommend arriving at least 20-30 minutes before the ceremony begins at 4pm, so you can grab a seat, listen to the music and soak in the beautiful scenery!
Yes, but cars must be picked up by 10 am the following day. This is highly encouraged if you celebrated too hard and need a ride. We would rather you get home safe than worry about your car.
We adore children and would love to celebrate with everyone. However, due to budget and space constraints, we are only able to welcome children in the wedding party. Thank you so much for your understanding.

Yes, our whole wedding day will be spent at the Venue at Carley Brooke. The Ceremony will take place at the Open Air Chapel on the hillside, after you will be shuttled down to the refurbished Barn for Cocktail Hour and the rest of the Reception.
Yes! Room blocks will be provided at the Hotel Anthracite. Please reserve your hotel room by February 23, 2026 to receive the wedding room block rate. More information is provided under “Places to Stay.”

Yes! We’ll be offering a school bus shuttle for guests staying at the Hotel Anthracite. If you're not staying at the Hotel Anthracite and need transportation, a link to a taxi service & more information will be provided in "Places to Stay."
The shuttle accommodates up to 48 people, possibly more if they are able to squeeze in, but we are requesting that only those staying at the Anthracite Hotel use the shuttle.
Yes! Their parking lot capacity holds up to 100 cars.
Yes! All indoor spaces and the two outdoor cocktail spaces are wheelchair accessible. For the outdoor Ceremony on the hillside, the staff at Carley Brook will instruct wheelchair users to drive their car up to the open-air chapel.
