What do I wear?

When should I RSVP by?

We’re asking everyone to RSVP by March 1st. We want to ensure everyone is prepared well in advanced and feels comfortable.

What time should I arrive?
Answer
We recommend arriving at least 20-30 minutes before the ceremony begins so you can grab a seat, listen to the music and soak in the beautiful scenery!

Are kids welcome?
Answer
If your children are named on the invitation, they’re absolutely welcome to join. If not, we hope you’ll treat this as a fun evening out with your spouse or loved ones!

Can I bring a date?

At this time, we’re only able to accommodate the guests listed on the invitation. If your invitation includes a plus one, they’re absolutely welcome to join!

Are there room blocks?
Answer
Yes! Room blocks will be provided at the Hotel Anthracite. More information is provided under “Places to Stay.”

Are Taxis or Uber available?
Answer
The Poconos are home to many small towns, like Honesdale, where the population is small and ride services are limited. To ensure a ride, it's best to schedule an appointment in advance with Uber or a local service like Time Away Transportation. For more information, see "Places to Stay."

Will transportation be provided?
Answer
Yes! We’ll be offering school bus transportation between Hotel Anthracite and the Carley Brook to make things easy and stress-free. If you're not staying at the Hotel Anthracite and need transportation, a link to a taxi service & more information will be provided in "Places to Stay."

If I'm not staying at the Hotel Anthracite, can I still use the shuttle?
Answer
The shuttle accommodates up to 48 people, possibly more if they are able to squeeze in, but we are requesting that only those staying at the Anthracite Hotel use the shuttle.

Is there parking at the Venue at Carley Brooke?
Answer
Yes! Their parking lot capacity holds up to 100 cars.
