When is the RSVP deadline?

What is the dress code?
Answer
Garden Attire Wear sundresses, floral prints, bright colors, and fun accessories. Please avoid dark colors, jeans, and shorts. Ties and suit jackets are optional. Is transportation provided?

No, please plan to drive yourself out to the property. Please note that parking on/near the lake property will be limited, so plan to limit how many cars your family drives out to the property. At this time, we are still finalizing the parking situation.

Are kids welcome?

This is an adult-only celebration, with the exception of children specifically named on the invitation. To ensure we stay within our venue’s capacity, we kindly ask that only those guests listed on your RSVP join us for the evening.

Will the ceremony and reception be at the same location?
Answer
No, June 20th is only the ceremony. The reception will be in Mandan, ND on July 11, 2026. We will serve dinner after the ceremony and welcome you to join us in an evening at the lake following dinner.

What time should I arrive?

Please only arrive to the property 10-15 minutes prior to the ceremony as space is limited.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
It will be an outdoor ceremony overlooking the lake. Please plan attire and sunscreen accordingly.

Is there parking available?
Answer
Please note that parking on/near the lake property will be limited, so plan to limit how many cars your family drives out to the property. At this time, we are still finalizing the parking situation.

Are there hotel room blocks?
Answer
We do not have a room block at any specific hotel. There are hotels available in Park Rapids and VRBO/AirBnB rentals near the property. Choose what works best for you and your family.

Will there be an open bar?
Answer
The bar will be self serve and stocked with tequila, vodka, beer, and mixers.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?
Answer
No, please refrain from having your phone out. We have a dedicated photographer to capture our day. Feel free to take pictures before and after the ceremony, but not during. Thank you for understanding.
