Where and when to RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP on our website by May 15th, 2026. If we don’t hear from you by then, we’ll assume you’re unable to attend and will release your spot. We hope to celebrate with you!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

If your invitation includes an option for a plus ONE, then yes! We look forward to celebrating with you and your guest. Once you receive your invite feel free to reach out with any questions or concerns.

Can I bring my kid(s)?

Answer

We're currently finalizing our guest list and will make a decision about children at the wedding soon. If children are welcome, we'll notify you well in advance so you can plan accordingly.

What if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be missed, but we completely understand. Please RSVP “no” as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly.

Do you have a registry?

Answer

We are so excited to celebrate with you. While gifts are not expected, we have registered for a few items to help us kickstart our life together. Our registry can be found here on our website.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

As most of us Colorado natives know, the weather here can be a bit bipolar — so please come prepared for anything! Sunshine, wind, a surprise shower... who knows? That said, we’ll be providing personal mini paper fans to help you stay cool. Try not to over-layer, and most importantly, stay hydrated. Let’s be ready for whatever Colorado throws our way!

Where should I stay?

Answer

While we do not have hotel room blocks reserved, there are many hotels and Airbnb’s available very close to the venue. Please see our page on Travel for suggestions and more information. I highly recommend booking something sooner than later as it will be a holiday weekend.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please plan to arrive by 10:45 AM to give yourself enough time to park, get settled, and find a seat. The ceremony will begin promptly at 11:00 AM, and we wouldn’t want you to miss a moment!

Can I take photos?

Answer

We have hired a professional photographer to capture our special day and ask that you do not use your cell phones during the CEREMONY. However, you are more than welcome to take photos and videos the rest of the day, and we will have QR codes to share your videos and pictures from the reception.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

YUP! We’ll be offering a selection of beverages for you to enjoy. Just a quick reminder: 1 drink at altitude = 2 drinks at sea level! The higher elevation can make alcohol hit a bit harder, so please pace yourself. Also, if you’ll be driving, please don’t drink and drive — your safety means everything to us. Make smart choices, plan ahead, and let’s all have a fun and safe celebration together!

What time does the reception end?

Answer

The reception will end at 8 PM, or possibly a bit earlier depending on when the sun sets—there’s lots of active wildlife in the mountains, and it gets dark quickly! Thank you for making this day so special and spending it with us.

Can I smoke on the property?

Answer

The venue is a smoke-free property. However, you are welcome to step out to the parking lot if you need to vape. 🚫 No cigarettes 🚫 No weed of any kind ✔️ Vapes only, please!

Fireworks?

Answer

We will not be doing fireworks at our wedding, and we kindly ask that you don’t bring or set off any fireworks at the venue either — let’s not be the ones to accidentally burn down this beautiful historic landmark! That said, fingers crossed, there will be a lovely professional fireworks show for us all to enjoy on the 4th (weather permitting). So sit back, relax, and let the pros handle the sparkles!

We do have a limit of cars that can be parked on site! Please keep this in mind if you can carpool that would be appreciated. 20 car limit!!

We will be having porter potties since this is an outdoor venue. We are setting up the best we can to make this a comfortable experience for everyone! Addressing this now so no one is surprised.

What should I wear?

Answer

Western elegance! If you don't know what western elegance is, please give it a look online! If that's not you or you feel you can't achieve that look feel free to wear semi- formal attire. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions. NO WEDDING GROUP COLORS OR WHITE.

When will we eat and have dessert?

Dinner and dessert will be served according to the schedule we've carefully planned for the evening. We kindly ask that you wait until the designated times to enjoy the food and sweets — we promise it will be worth the wait!
