How do I get onto base?

We need a list including legal first time, last name, date of birth, drivers license number, and the state of license. This must be submitted 14 days prior to the wedding. Everyone must be on the list with the exception of military/DOD/Retired military/any minors without a license.

The ceremony starts promptly at 1200! The gate can get backed up or take a while so plan accordingly:)
