Do you have a gift registry?

Yes! It is right here on our website. We greatly appreciate anything that you can contribute to help us start our new life together.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes. The dress code is Semi-Formal. Men wear a suit, dress shirt, tie, and dress shoes. Women wear a floor-length gown or cocktail dress and heels or nice flats. Spring-themed attire is preferred but not required.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please get there by 4 pm. The ceremony will start at 4:30 sharp so we need to make sure everyone has found their seats and is settled by then.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have multiple hotels listed in the travel section of our website. There are also many great airbnbs in the area.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

You will be responsible for your own transportation. Consider carpooling and sharing rental cars to save money.

Where is the closest airport?

Answer

The closest airport to our venue is XNA Northwest Arkansas National Airport. It is one hour away from our venue and many hotels and airbnbs.

Rental cars are available at the XNA Northwest Arkansas National Airport.

When will we receive a formal invitation?

Answer

We plan to send out our official invitations at the end of December so that everyone will receive them in January.

We need everyone to RSVP by February 4th

Can I bring a plus one?

Since our venue has limited space we will not be able to accommodate plus ones.

Am I allowed to bring my children?

Unfortunately, due to the size of our venue we cannot accommodate everyone’s children. If they are not on the invitation please arrange childcare for the evening. If you are unable to find childcare please reach out to us directly, at 971-336-0324 and we can try to figure something out :)

Will your wedding be outdoors or indoors?

It will be an indoor wedding.

Can I take photos?

Answer

Yes but not during our ceremony. We are having an unplugged ceremony which means no phones.

What is the best way to get to your venue?

It is easily accessible by car.

Will there be a time gap between ceremony and reception?

Answer

Nope! You can head straight to the reception space once the ceremony is over.
