Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Ceremony will be outdoors on grass, so please take this into consideration when selecting shoes. Reception will be indoors!

What is the dress code?

Answer

Definitely dress to kill!

What health and safety measures will be in place?

Answer

We require all guests to be up to date with COVID vaccines for the safety of other guests and immunocompromised guests

What is the weather like at that time of year?

Answer

In Sparks during June, average daily high temperatures increase from 78°F to 88°F. Low chances of rain, Sunset is about 8:28 PM.

Is there parking available?

Answer

Yes there is ample parking

If we arrive early, is there a place to hang out/eat as we wait for the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, there is a restaurant on site called David's Grill.

What is the easiest way to get to the venue?

Answer

By car, either rental or Uber. Reno/Sparks is very small and everything is almost within a 20 mile radius

Am I allowed to bring a plus one or children?

Answer

Invited guests will be listed in the RSVP form. If you would like to bring extra guests please talk to Ivy and Will for more details

What type of food will be served?

Answer

We'll be serving hors d'oeuvres at cocktail hour, followed by a plated salad and buffet with a variety of meat & vegetables (and there will be a kids menu).

Will there a be a meal option for guests with dietary restrictrions or allergies?

Yes, please state details on the RSVP form and we will communicate to the venue

Will there be a bar?

Answer

Yes, please plan to bring cash or card to purchase. Cash tips are always preferred

What time should I arrive at your wedding ceremony?

Answer

30-45 minutes beforehand is a reasonable time

Could you suggest places to eat, drink and see while I am in town?

Where should we bring/send our wedding gifts?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, Cash funds can be given via the Honeybun link (on the "Honeyfund" page), using Venmo (free) or debit/credit card (has a small fee). Alternatively, physical gifts can be delivered to our home, please contact us for the address.

What is the wedding day itinerary?

Answer

Wedding will start about 5:00 pm and end about 10:00 pm. Detailed itinerary will be shared in the invitation.
