As you all know, COVID-19 has taken the world by storm (and quite heavily here in Texas). We have debated to postpone our wedding and still have a big celebration (ceremony and the fun stuff) with you all, but when the world is safer for us all to be together. Luis and Ivy met in November 2016 while working at Starbucks, a classic and well loved tale of two co-workers finding love in a coffee shop. They didn't start hanging out until January 2017, and made the decision to start dating on February 24, 2017 soon after. Since then, they've been inseparable from playing video games to cooking and everything in between (especially Game Nights!). They came to the conclusion that maybe they were inseparable for a reason and Luis proposed on May 22, 2020 to make it official. They're overjoyed to share this big day with their closest friends and family and hope you can make it!

The fateful decision for Luis had been reached. Now it was a matter of when. He settled for Ivy’s lunch break and tied the ring around Arya’s neck and let her loose for Ivy to hopefully stumble upon. When Ivy arrived she greeted the dogs but took no notice of the ring around Arya’s collar. One netflix show and food later Ivy was set to head back to work when Luis suddenly ran to the room and scooped Arya in his arms. He knelt down on one knee and held Arya up for Ivy to see. With Ivy very confused, he told her to look at Arya. Upon inspection she found nothing worth noting so he told her to check her collar. There it was, a gorgeous little ring that shone brightly seemly in anticipation. “Wait are you serious?” Ivy asked. “Yes. Will you marry me?” Luis nervously asked her. The answer was obvious. She said Yes of course!
